% 14.02.2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an appropriate direction regarding the unauthorised construction in the property 3163, Gali Fatak Nanak Chand, Mohalla Dasan, Charkhewalan, Delhi-110006. The matter was adjourned from yesterday to today as learned counsel for North DMC had pointed out that action was fixed against the property for today. He has also pointed out that unauthorised 4th floor was being constructed. Today learned counsel for North DMC confirms that the roof of the unauthorised fourth floor has been heavily punctured. Photographs to the said effect have been filed in court and are taken on record.

The North DMC and the concerned local SHO of the Police Station will ensure that no unauthorised construction is carried out in the said building unless appropriate plans are approved by the said North DMC. Nothing further survives in the present petition. Same is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. JAYANT NATH, J FEBRUARY 14, 2020 n
