This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 to mark the appearance of the counsel appearing for Union of India in the order dated 07.03.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that an exit permit has already been granted to the petitioner and in view thereof, the primary relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition stands satisfied. 6.

future application for grant of visa being made by the petitioners, the respondent's decision to cancel the visa of the petitioner shall come in the way of consideration of the same. At this juncture, the said plea is premature. Needless to say, in the event of any grievance arising on this count, the petitioner shall be entitled to avail appropriate remedies, as may be available under law.

In the circumstances, the petitioner does not press the present petition; the same is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.
