The solitary grievance which is expressed in the writ petition is with respect to the continued retention of electronic devices as well as the non-supply of relied upon documents.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel representing the respondents, on instructions states that the electronic devices may be collected today itself from the competent authority and in whose possession those devices presently remain.

In view of the above, nothing further would survive in the writ petition.
