This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "a. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing Respondent No. 1/MCD to stop/remove unlawful construction performed by R-2/MGM Developers;"

Considering that the Petitioner has already taken recourse to STF constituted under the orders of the Supreme Court in M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Others, (2019) 12 SCC 730 and M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Others (Sealing Issue, in Re), (2019) 12 SCC 419, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to STF to look into the complaint filed by the Petitioner and consider the same in the next meeting of the STF and thereafter take necessary action, in accordance with law. 7.
