Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. Liberty as sought for is so granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending Application shall stand closed.
