The Petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ["DRAT"] to pronounce the Judgment/Order in Misc. Appeal Nos. 39 and 40 of 2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Judgment has now been pronounced by the DRAT and, therefore, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

It is open for the Petitioner to challenge the Order of learned DRAT by taking steps in accordance with law.

The status quo qua property in question, which was granted vide Order dated 07.03.2025 of this Court, shall be in operation for two more weeks from today.

It is made clear that the stay will cease to operate from 23.04.2025, in case no Orders are passed in the proposed Writ Petition to filed by the Petitioner.

Needless to say that the observations made in the Order dated 07.03.2025 would be confined only to the prayers as sought for in this Writ Petition and not on the merits of the case. 7.
In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
