% 13.03.2019 CM APPL. 11727/2019 (by appellant, for appropriate order) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that erroneously para 2 of the application reads that the Award has been passed against the petitioner/applicant, where it is the other way round. He further submits since an Arbitral Award has been passed, this petition has become infructuous and accordingly, he would like to withdraw it.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the appeal is withdrawn, the interim orders stand vacated. The Trial Court Record be returned to the concerned Court within two weeks.
