The Plaintiffs filed the present suit inter alia seeking recovery of Rs. 2,03,61,958/- from the Defendant- Gemini Sewing Machine Co. Pvt. Ltd, from 30th April 2021 till the date of realisation. 3.

The Plaintiffs, residents of East Patel Nagar, New Delhi, purchased land in Sunrakh Bangar, Mathura in 2013. It is averred that they established a shed with cows and dogs on this land, with the milk used by a nearby temple maintained by them. In 2020, the Defendant expressed interest in buying this property for Rs. 18 crores, agreeing to pay Rs. 6 crores to each Plaintiff. After initial payments and signing sale agreements, the Defendant was to make full payment and register the property by 30th April, 2021. However, despite assurances, the Defendant did not do so, leading to financial losses for the Plaintiffs. Thus, the present suit was filed. Today, an application seeking withdrawal of the suit has been filed by the Plaintiffs, as the disputes between the parties is stated to have been settled.
