2. The Petitioner‟s representation dated 21st November, 2019 shall be decided by the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Director General, Border Security Force, not later than 31st March, 2020 and the decision will be communicated to the Petitioner on or before 15th April, 2020.

3. It will be open to the Petitioner, if aggrieved by the said decision of Respondent No.3, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
