% 17.02.2020 Learned counsel for the North DMC/Respondent submits that as per instructions of Mr.A.K.Jain, Assistant Engineer, North DMC, the old level of the drain and the road shall be maintained. The said statement is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent/North DMC should also consider maintaining the old drain as is existing prior to the construction of a new drain.

Learned counsel for the respondent/North DMC submits that they will take this submission into account, if feasible. Nothing further survives in this petition. Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
