Today, this Court has pronounced a judgment in Cont. Cas.(C) 72/2015. This Court has also reached the same conclusion as the Child Welfare Committee that the minor child needs to be returned back to the respondent-mother. In pursuance to the said judgment, the custody of minor child has been handed over to respondent-mother.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, the questions of law are left open.
