% 25.02.2019 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Respondent nos.2-Mr. Bobyy and Smt. Shrimati are also present in Court and accepts notice. They have been identified by ASI Ramesh Kumar of police station Mundka.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that in view of the settlement they have no objection in case FIR No. 592/2018 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mundka and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Affidavit of respondent nos. 2 and 3 to this effect are also on record.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and

respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
