However, there has been no appearance on behalf of the appellant on 22.08.2023, 28.11.2023, 15.04.2024 even after service of Court notice. As recorded in the order dated 22.08.2023, fresh court notice was directed to be served upon the appellant, which has also been served. The matter was listed twice thereafter, but no appearance was recorded on behalf of the appellant even on those dates. The appellant is not represented today either.
