The present petition is premised on a purported settlement between the Petitioners and the Complainant/Respondent No. 2. However, though the petition is supported by an affidavit of Respondent No. 2, counsel for Respondent No. 2 states that the same was notarised in her absence. 2.

Be that as it may, during the course of submissions, it appears that certain disputes continue to subsist between the parties with respect to the terms of the settlement.
