The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complaint dated 10.10.2016 filed by the petitioner in regard to the alleged extra-judicial killing of her brother, has been disposed of pursuant to the inquiry conducted by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate ('SDM'), Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2.

He submits that the petitioner is not satisfied with the report of the learned SDM and wishes to file an appropriate petition challenging the same, seeking further relief. 3.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition as stated above.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
