Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 66/2017 of PS Mayur Vihar Phase-1 for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

In furtherance of last order, neither stridhan of respondent no.2 was returned nor any lump sum settlement amount covering her alimony was paid to her by the petitioner, according to respondent no.2 present today in court. None appears for petitioner.
