The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing no. 0384/2019 under Sections 308/34 of the IPC registered with PS Kalyanpuri and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 4.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. 5.
He states that he has since resolved all his disputes with the petitioners in terms of a Compromise Deed dated 06.02.2020. He stated that he has no grievances against the petitioners who are his relatives and joins them in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 6.
The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their
counsel. They confirmed that they have resolved all their disputes with respondent no. 2 and states that they have no further grievance against him. 7.
The learned counsel for the State states that none of the parties have received any serious injuries.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR bearing no. 384/2019 under Sections 308/34 of the IPC registered with PS Kalyanpuri and all other proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
