The Registry has pointed out a typographical error in the order dated 5.4.2019 with regard to the police station. As per the Registry, in the original FIR, registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, 1860, the police station is mentioned as Bharat Nagar, whereas in the order dated 5.4.2019, police station is mentioned as Jahangir Puri.

The police station in the order dated 5.4.2019 shall be read as PS:Bharat Nagar, Delhi, instead of PS:Jahangir Puri, Delhi. The correction be accordingly carried out. 3.

File be consigned to the concerned branch.
