Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of the custody parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.01.2020 on account of marriage of his younger brother in FIR No. 139/11 under Sections 364A/302/394/201/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 Arms Act registered at Police Station I.P. Estate.

The petitioner, vide order dated 20.01.2020, was granted custody parole for six hours on 01.03.2020.

For the reasons stated in the application, the custody parole granted to the petitioner is extended by another two hours. 4.

The application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
