This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 22.09.2017.

Ms. Agarwal, learned counsel for the judgment-debtor has handed over Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2024, wherein the judgmentdebtor has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 1.80 crores to the decree-holder in Equal Monthly Instalments of Rs. 15 lakhs per month starting from 01.08.2024 to 01.07.2025.

Mr. Tyagi, learned counsel for the decree-holder agrees on the said terms as stated in the Settlement Agreement.

I am satisfied that the Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2024 is lawful. For the said reasons, the execution petition is closed binding the parties to their respective obligations contained in the Settlement Agreement dated 29.07.2024.
