W.P.(C) 1928/2019 Issue notice. Counsel for the respondent accepts notice. The limited prayer made in the writ petition by the petitioner is to seek a direction to the Tribunal to hear the Original Application i.e. O.A. No. 3528/2017 at the earliest.

At the outset, we may state that it is not for us to fix the calendar of the Tribunal. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has drawn our attention to the order dated 10.11.2017, whereby the narrow issue raised in the Original Application has been culled out, we request the Tribunal to hear and dispose of the Original Application at its earliest convenient.
