In this petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India a prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No. 201/2022 dated 18.07.2022 and also the notices under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure so far as it pertains to the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are limiting their prayer only to the notices under Section 41A. 3.
The status report has been filed wherein it has been submitted that Mr. Deepak Joshi, Nodal Officer, Ace Vector Limited has already joined the investigation and the chargesheet stands filed in the Court with the next date of hearing as 01/10/2024. Supplementary chargesheet on completion of investigation shall be filed viz-a-viz logistics.
