% 02.02.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that respondent no.1 be directed to remove the unauthorized construction and encroachment made by the respondent nos.2 & 3 in property bearing no.C-313, Budh Vihar, Inder Puri, Delhi. The respondent no.1 is the North Delhi Municipal Corporation. It is the duty of Municipal Corporation of Delhi to see that no unauthorized construction/encroachment takes place and if any such unauthorized construction/encroachment has already taken place, to take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.1 to inspect the premises in question within one week and to take action in accordance with law, if any

unauthorized construction/encroachment is found therein. Compliance report be filed within one month.
