% 05.04.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of appellants submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Execution Court vide order dated 1st February, 2024 in Execution Petition bearing No.4/22. During the proceedings, learned counsel for the appellants has placed before this Court, the certified copy of the said order alongwith the statement of the decree holder therein. Hence, it is prayed that the instant appeal may be disposed of as nothing survives in the present appeal for further adjudication.

The certified copy of the order dated 1st February, 2024 in Ex.P. No.4/22 alongwith the statement of the decree holder therein passed by the Execution Court is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant appeal. Accordingly, the instant appeal alongwith the pending application stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 1st February, 2024 passed by the Execution Court.
