% 28.04.2016 By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioners, inter alia, seek directions to the respondents to make payment of all residual arrears arising out of 1997 Pay revision for the period from 01.11.1997 to 16.06.2003 to the separated employees by company's voluntary Retirement Scheme. Mr. S.C. Soren, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

With the aforesaid libery, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
