O R D E R

The applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 75/2024 dated 31.12.2024 registered at P.S. Cyber Police Station, Rohini, under Sections 318(4) BNS (corresponding Section 420 IPC).

When the present petition was taken up on 20.03.2025, it was apprised that the applicant had cooperated with the Investigation, even, when his application seeking anticipatory bail was pending adjudication before the Court of Sessions. It was also pointed out that allegation against the applicant was with respect to mobile number in his name which was linked with e-mail id shiv.kumar23648@gmail.com.

Noticing the facts of the case, this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025, directed the applicant to join the investigation with the direction that no coercive steps would be taken against him.

The abovesaid order continues to be in operation. 5.

details with respect to the offence in question. However, she, in all fairness, admits that the charge-sheet with respect to some other co-accused has already been filed.

The petitioner is, reportedly, in his thirties, with no previous involvement of any nature whatsoever.

Keeping in mind the overall facts, and the fact that the interim order was granted to him way back on 20.03.2025, and he has already joined the investigation, no real purpose shall be served by keeping this petition pending anymore.

The abovesaid interim order dated 20.03.2025 is, hereby, made absolute and the applicant is directed to keep on assisting with the investigation. In the event of arrest, the arresting officer would release him on bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each. The applicant would not, however, change his residential address without prior intimation to the concerned IO. He would provide his Mobile Number to the concerned I.O and would ensure that such Mobile Number remains active and operational, till the disposal of the case by the learned Trial Court.
