The Appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant/Insurance Company challenging the Award dated 22.11.2018 clarified by the Order dated 24.01.2019. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Respondents, submits that he had filed a Cross-Appeal on behalf of the Claimant, which has been withdrawn. 3.

The record shows that none has been appearing on behalf of the Insurance Company for the last three dates.

The Appeal is dismissed in default.
