Learned APP for the State under instructions from the IO submits that the accused/applicant is not wanted in case FIR No. 0229/2023 under Section 406/420/468/471/120B/34 IPC, PS Adarsh Nagar. He further submits that notice was served to the applicant for the purpose of recording his statement only but due to lack of co-operation from him, an separate FIR has been registered under Section 175 IPC.
