% 07.02.2017 By the present petition, petitioner seeks extension of parole for three months.

Vide order dated 17th March, 2017 parole was extended till the next date of hearing i.e. 31.01.2017.

On 31.01.2017, matter was renotified for today but parole was not extended. It is reported that petitioner had surrendered on 31.01.2017 and has been released on 01.02.2017 on furlough for a period of two months. Accordingly, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
