Learned counsel for petitioner is present with the petitioner. 2.
The challenge in the present petition with respect to the orders dated 27.01.2025 and 28.02.2025 whereby the petitioner (defendant No.1before the learned Trial Court) has not been given any opportunity to cross-examine PW-1 and PW-2.

However, there is a subsequent development and the learned counsel for petitioner, in all fairness, submits that the matter was thereafter heard further and the learned Trial Court has already passed judgment on 27.03.2025 and a preliminary decree has been passed by the learned Trial Court in respect of the property in question. 4.
He submits that, in view of the above, the petition has become infrucutous and, therefore, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press the same. He, however, submits that he would take appropriate steps and would challenge the abovesaid judgment dated 27.03.2025 and CM(M) 470/2025 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. while laying such challenge, he would also impugn orders dated 27.01.2025 and 28.02.2025.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infrucutous. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
