The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act"), seeking appointment of an arbitrator.

Arbitration clause is contained in the Educator Agreement dated 29th January, 2025, which reads as under:

out of or in relation to the said Agreement.

Accordingly, this Court is of the view that this Court will have no territorial jurisdiction.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to them to approach the Court of territorial jurisdiction. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Court of territorial jurisdiction.
