O R D E R

% 08.04.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"In view of the above mentioned facts and circumstances, it is respectfully prayed that this Court may graciously be pleased to issue:- (i) An appropriate writ / order or direction to the respondents to defreeze the Current Account No.307301010294210 of Petitioner in Union Bank Brach situated at 111/112, Patehpuri Khari Baoli, New Delhi110006; and (ii) To pass any other order or direction as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of

justice."

In terms of the last order dated February 28, 2019 amended memo of parties is stated to have been filed. The same is not on record. Let the same be placed on record. Suffice it to state that by the said order the DRI was made as party respondent No.3.

Learned counsel appearing for the DRI has placed before Court a communication dated April 05, 2019 to contend that in view of the order passed by this Court on August 29, 2018 in W.P. (C) 7367/2016, the communication dated March 19, 2014 addressed to the Branch Manager, Union Bank of India, Fatehpuri, Khari Baoli, Delhi has been withdrawn, vide letter dated April 05, 2019. He states that in view of the said communication, the account of the petitioner has become operational. The said communication is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the submission made by the counsel for the DRI, the present petition has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
