The petition i.e. W.P.(C) 8959/2021 in these batch of petitions has been filed assailing order of derecognition passed by Directorate of Education (DoE). The other two petitions i.e. W.P.(C) 1925/2019 & W.P.(C) 7368/2020 have been filed challenging disaffiliation of school by respondent/CBSE.

Mr. Romy Chacko, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that insofar as W.P.(C) 8959/2021 is concerned, same has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the competent authority vide its order dated 09.01.2025 has restored the recognition of school. 3.
He invites attention of the Court to order dated 07.12.2023 passed by this Court in these batch of matters, to contend that liberty was granted to petitioner to make an application for restoration of affiliation after recognition is restored.

He submits that since the recognition of petitioner school has been restored, therefore, petitioner school will be applying afresh for affiliation of school with the CBSE as per affiliation bye-laws. 5.
He, however, contends that for the purpose of making online application for restoration of affiliation to CBSE, the petitioner requires The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
User I.D. and password, and request to that effect has been made by the petitioner to CBSE vide its letter dated 27.03.2025. 6.
Ms. Manisha Singh, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/CBSE, on instructions, submits that the request of petitioner school is being processed and User I.D. as well as password will be made available to petitioner school within a period of three days from today. The statement is taken on record and respondent/CBSE shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, Mr. Chacko submits that no further orders are called for in other two petitions i.e. W.P.(C) 1925/2019 and W.P.(C) 7368/2020.

The writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. Consequently, pending applications also stand disposed of.
