The present Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes inter se the parties. 2.

Mr. Shashank Garg, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that Respondent is presently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. 3.

In view thereof, at this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty from this Court to withdraw the present Petition. 4.

Liberty, as sought for, is granted.
