By this petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that after Urothroplasty which was performed on 29th January, 2019 and the petitioner was discharged on 30th January, 2019 he needs clean intermittent self calibration twice a week for which if not the doctor but a para medical help is required. As per the status report, the medical documents and discharge summary have been verified and petitioner has placed on record the latest medical document dated 25th February, 2019 wherein CIC has been advised twice a week.

Considering the verification report, this Court deems it fit to extend the parole of the petitioner for a further period of three weeks. W.P.(CRL) 602/2019

Consequently, parole of the petitioner granted to him vide order dated 21st December, 2018 in W.P.(Crl.) No.3327/2018 which was further extended vide order dated 21st January, 2019 in W.P.(Crl.) No.155/2019 is extended for a further period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions.

Petition is disposed of.
