% 06.02.2025 After making brief submissions, Ms. Reeta Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition by which the petitioner (husband) had impugned order dated 11.11.2019 made in MT No.61/2019 granting interim maintenance, with liberty to raise all contentions before the learned Family Court based on the evidence that has come on record in the proceedings that are still pending in that court.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for; without making any observations on the merits of the matter. The record shows that costs of Rs.15,000/- were imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 25.07.2023 in the present proceedings. Let the costs be paid within 02 weeks.
