Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that so far as concerns the amount of Rs.1,31,000/-, the balance to be released to the Respondent/Workman, this Court had by its order dated 29.08.2024 in W.P.(C) 2938/2023, titled Simran Preet Singh v. Satguru Prasad directed the release of the said amount.

1.1 Learned Counsel therefore submits that this Petition be disposed of and the amount of Rs.22,000/- which is deposited with this Court in terms of the order dated 11.04.2023, be also released. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that he has already complied for the release of the balance amounts in terms of the order dated 29.08.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 2938/2023.
