Pursuant to previous order, counsel for petitioner states that a communication was addressed to the counsel for respondent, to provide certain documents.

Most of the documents have been provided, however, there are still some documents, that are still left to be provided. 3.

Accordingly, another communication will be addressed by counsel for petitioner to counsel for respondent, within the next week and the said documents shall be provided.

Counsel for respondent undertakes to provide the same, in accordance with law, which they are permitted to do.

If there is any issue, that the respondent has in this regard, they will revert with written communication, within two weeks thereafter, so that the petitioner is informed of the reasons for which, the documents are not being provided 6.

Liberty is given to petitioner to seek any further remedy in appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. 7.

Petitions are disposed of with above directions. 8.
