The petitioner/Association is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for the alleged wilful defiance and non-compliance of the directions contained in the orders dated 19.09.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 11189/2024 and 21.08.2024 in W.P.(C) NO. 11537/2024, passed by this Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents present through VC that the directions of this Court have since been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has since been decided. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a copy of the speaking order. It is stated that their claims have been rejected and, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy in accordance with the law.

Accordingly, the present contempt petitions are dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
