Copy of the same has been handed over to Mr. Tushar Ranjan Mohanty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. 2.

The death certificate is taken on record.

Since the limited challenge in this petition is to the impugned major penalty charge sheet dated 02.08.2017, in view of the death of the Petitioner, nothing survives in this petition and the inquiry proceedings pursuant to the charge sheet abate.
