The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for the alleged wilful and deliberate disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 28.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 16465/2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice.

This matter pertains to the grant of Non-Functional Financial Upgradation to the petitioner. The matter was disposed of by this Court vide the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2024 with directions to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that after considering the entire matter, a reasoned order dated 08.03.2025 has since been passed and the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.
