The present petition under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Pass an order thereby holding the Respondent/Contemnor guilty of Contempt for breaching trust and rescinding her consent to the second motion filed in the Hon'ble Court of Sh. Anil Kumar, Ld. Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. (b) Pass an order holding the Respondent / Contemnor guilty on account of willful, deliberate and contempt of court intentional act of Non-Compliance with the Legal Document, i.e. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on dated 12.07.2024 and hold the Respondent/ Contemnor guilty of contempt in accordance with law, and/or;

(c) Pass an order directing the Respondent/Contemnor to appear person and show cause as to why the Respondent / Contemnor be not punished for the contempt of court on Non-Compliance with the Legal Document, i.e. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)on dated 12.07.2024.

(d) Pass an ad-interim ex-parte order in terms of prayers (a)-(c) above and/or.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the respondent has complied with the undertaking and the divorce has since been granted.
