The present petition under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents/contemnors for deliberate and intentional disobedience of Judgment dated 05.11.2024 of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.(C) 5708 of 2023 entitled Dr. Ritu Chowdhary vs Prof. Mamta Sharma, Principal & Ors and after giving opportunity of being heard to the respondents/contemnors, they may be punished in accordance with law."
