The present contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Punish the Respondent in accordance with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971, for willfully, intentionally and deliberately disobeying and regarding the Order dated 04.11.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(CRL) 3433/2024, titled as "M/S Medipol Pharmaceutical India Pvt.Ltd Through Mr. Sanjay Agarwal VS State (NCT Of Delhi).".
b. Direct the Respondent to comply with the directions passed by this Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 04.11.2024 in W.P.(CRL) 3433/2024, titled as "M/S Medipol Pharmaceutical India Pvt.Ltd Through Mr. Sanjay Agarwal VS State (NCT Of Delhi).".
c. Any other order(s) or Relief(s) or Directions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest and furtherance of justice." The present petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the following directions passed by learned Coordinate Bench vide order dated 04.11.2024 passed in W.P.(CRL) 3433/2024: - "5. In regard to the prayer to conclude the investigation in an expeditious manner, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is likely to be concluded within a period of 8 to 12 weeks.
6. In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any order at this stage."

Insp. G.N.Tiwari, PS EOW, is present in Court today and submits that chargesheet in the FIR No. 137/2022, under Sections 406/409 of the IPC registered at P.S. EOW has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction, i.e., learned CJM Karkardooma on 29.07.2025. 5.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 6.
The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
