Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the Chargesheet has been filed in the FIR No. 80/2019 registered under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, Delhi, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the grounds stated in the present petition before the learned Trial Court. 2.

In view of the submission made, the petition along with pending application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
