The present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 seeks setting aside of the proceedings emanating from SC No. 1590/2016, in FIR No. 455/2014, registered at P.S. Geeta Colony for the offence under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.2 The aforesaid request is made in light of the Compromise Deed/ Memorandum of Understanding dated 4th January, 2022, executed between the Petitioners and the Complainant/ Respondent No. 2.

In light of the order passed by this Court in CRL. A. 131/2022, counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition.
