% 14.02.2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that before filing the present petition, the petitioner had filed another petition being WP (C) 11635/2019 inter alia challenging the constitutional validity of certain provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application seeking withdrawal of the said petition.

On merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of in terms of the Judgment dated 04.11.2019, passed in a batch of petitions including WP(C) 9088/2018, titled Mukut Pathak & Ors. v. Union of India & Anr. Having considered the submissions made and binding the petitioner to his statement that he would be withdrawing the earlier petition, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the above referred judgment.
