CM(M) 355/2019 The divorce petition HMA No.333/2017 was filed by the respondent/husband on 30.03.2017 wherein in July 2017 the petitioner filed an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. The application is alleged to be still pending adjudication before the learned Family Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. It is stated the pleadings qua the pending application under Section 24 of the HM Act stands complete, but has not been disposed of till date. The petitioner/wife seeks disposal of said pending application by the learned Trial Court at an early date as she is in financial stress. In the circumstances, there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondent and petition stands disposed of with request to the learned Family Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to expedite the hearings and make endeavour to decide the pending application of

petitioner under Section 24 of the HM Act within a period three months from the receipt of copy of this order. The Registry is directed to communicate the copy of this order to the learned Trial Court for information. Order dasti.
