% 12.01.2024 It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Respondents that necessary instructions have been given to the Deputy Passport Officer (DPO), Bhopal that no charge-sheet has been filed against the Petitioner and, therefore, there is no impediment in returning the passport of the Petitioner. Statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondents is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court if need arises in future.
