Mr. Vikas Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has handed over documents under the cover of index dated 24.04.2025. The same are taken on record.

Drawing attention of the Court to page 6 of the said documents, he submits that the lease in favour of the petitioner which was determined by the DDA vide its letter dated 25.02.2020 in respect of Plot No.1, Block BG1 and BG-2, Paschim Puri, New Delhi has been revoked by the DDA vide its letter dated 05.12.2024.
